We’re expanding our team at Montara & Crest and are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join us. This is a creative, fast-paced role perfect for someone who loves fashion, visual storytelling, and bringing campaigns to life across both digital and print.

What you’ll do:

• Create compelling visuals for in-store signage, packaging, lookbooks, social media, email campaigns, and website banners
  
• Collaborate with buyers and the marketing team to translate collections into cohesive campaigns
  
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels
  
• Produce production-ready files for print and digital, including mockups and spec sheets
  
• Assist with photo retouching and image preparation as needed
  
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
  

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion or retail
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with vector/Type handling
  
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color; a keen eye for detail
  
• Experience with social media design, lookbooks, and marketing collateral
  
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
  
• A portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and fashion-focused design work
  
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
